The SAFe® Scrum Master course equips attendees to coach Agile teams to deliver business value at scale. The course teaches you the tactical skills needed to be an effective Scrum Master in a SAFe organization. It also gives you the guidance and tools necessary for working in remote environments with distributed teams.

Eligibility
This SAFe Scrum Master Certification course is best suited for new and existing Scrum Masters, managers, team leads, Train Engineers, developers, and product owners.
Pre-requisites
There are no prerequisites for this course, regardless of experience. However, there are some strong recommendations for those who intend to take the SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification exam. These include Knowledge of Agile concepts and principles, Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and eXtreme Programming (XP), and working awareness of software and hardware development processes.

Benefits
Exam and Certification
With this SAFe Scrum Master certification course, you will have one attempt to pass the exam. The cost of the exam is included in your course registration fee (if taken within 30 days of the course completion).
If you fail the exam in your first attempt, the second attempt can be taken immediately. Third attempt requires a 10-day wait. Fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait. Each retake attempt costs $50.
How do I get certified as a Scrum Master?
Step One: Attend the 16 hours live training.
Step Two: Take the certification exam online from the Scaled Agile website.
Step Three: Pass the exam with a minimum score of 33 out of 45 questions answered correctly (73-percent passing score).
How long is the SAFe Scrum Master Certification Valid for?
SAFe Scrum Master Certification is valid for one year after you pass your exam. After one year you need to renew the certification. No extra training is needed for renewal
